Saturday, November 12th, is the date for Pittsburgh’s 8th Handmade Arcade Pittsburgh’s largest indie craft fair! Don’t miss this “shop-portunity” to stock up on handmade gifts for everyone on your holiday gift-giving list.

Handmade Arcade will be held from 11 am – 7 pm at the David L Lawrence Convention Center downtown – with on-site parking, and also easily accessible by bus, T, bike, boat or on foot.

Inside you’ll find:

* Free admission, beginning at 11 am (OR purchase an Early Birdie pass for $15 directly from Handmade Arcade online or in-person at Wildcard – you’ll be some of the very first to shop one-of-a-kind wares, an hour early, AND get an awesome goodie bag!)

* Over 150 vendors of handcrafted, indie merchandise – both local and from out-of-state

* Refreshments on-site

* Hands-on handmade activities

* FUN!

We recently shipped a batch of HackPittsburgh stickers to Noisebridge in San Francisco to support the Two Hands Project. We have a few extras, so we’re passing the savings on to you!

The stickers are 2″ x 4″, so they’re great for your car window, refrigerator, notebook, or Trapper Keeper. They feature the HackPittsburgh “license plate” logo, which you may recognize from our recent run of t-shirts. The stickers are printed on durable indoor/outdoor vinyl.

We’ll sell the stickers for $1 each, while supplies last. Every last cent collected will go directly to HackPittsburgh. To order, email jonathan [at] hackpittsburgh [dot] org.

We now have a design for a T-Shirt and we are taking pre-orders.  The design is based on the old PA license plates.  We will be running the pre-order until Sunday August 2. We will not be shipping the shirts, you will need to pick up the shirt once it arrives at the shop.

The shirts are dark blue, with yellow print. They will be Gildan 100% cotton with the image on the front only.  This is a trial order so for now the men’s and women’s shirts will be the only items available.

Shirts are $11.
